Yes — Class Portal is included with every plan on this page. It's a second booking mode alongside your hourly form: members log in, buy prepaid credit packages, and book off a weekly timetable of classes you run. It comes with optional per-tier pricing (levels), waitlists for full classes, a printable attendance register, and a "Class Portal Staff" role so front-desk can run it without full admin access. Try the live demo above — customer and admin sides both. (It's a separate free plugin on WordPress.org that doesn't include Class Portal; this page sells the Pro edition, which does.)
Yes — 14 days free on the Starter plan, with no credit card required. You get the complete plugin with every feature unlocked, not a limited demo, so you can set up your real resources and take real bookings while you decide. If you do nothing at the end of the 14 days, it simply stops — you're never charged. Professional and Agency don't include a trial, but you can start on Starter and upgrade once you're happy.

No. Staging, development and local installs (for example staging.yoursite.com or yoursite.local) don't count towards your site limit — only live production sites do.
