2️⃣ Written Proposal

Detailed assessment, timeline, fixed price quote, and clear deliverables sent via email. No surprises.

3️⃣ Agreement & Deposit

50% deposit secures your spot. Work begins immediately after agreement.

4️⃣ Execution & Updates

Work is carried out carefully in stages with minimal disruption to your operations. Regular progress updates throughout the project so you always know what's happening.

5️⃣ Delivery & Final Payment

Review period before final 50% payment. Handover session included.
